Consider me your personal chef. I'll answer your questions, share helpful tips, special recipes and surprising insights extracted from a lifetime of inspiration from the kitchen.
"As a small child, the kitchen drew me in with its intoxicating aromas and folded me in its warm embrace. I found comfort there so eventually I found my way back."
That kitchen was in my birthplace, the Calabria region of Italy. I was taught by the masters of this kitchen and a lifelong love affair with food began.
After years of being in the corporate world I left to start my own restaurant in Ridgefield Connecticut which I ran for ten years. Today I teach private cooking classes, write, and spend lots of time in my favorite room.
